How to apply for an online course? We are happy with your interest in joining our online course. You can apply easily through our online application of our admission system. Click here to apply for the programme. Why I am not provided with the exact fees in the course page? Our course fee varies based on your country, as well as based on the E-Certificate or hard copy certificate preference, extended course duration and extended learning support etc. Our alumni will be getting part of the fee waiver too. Therefore in order to know the exact fees one should apply for the programme. Following the application you will be receiving a verification call, in which your eligibility for the course will be analysed; course features and fee structure will be properly explained by our counsellor. Apart from the fee, you can also get clarified on other doubts you have regarding our online courses. How to make the fees payment for an online course? Following your verification call, based on the verification report submitted by our counsellor(s), your application will be processed accordingly. This process will take a few hours. If your application is accepted, you will be receiving an email from our admission team. You can track your application status once you received the email. In the tracking page, you can find different fee payment channels. You can choose any of the payment channels according to your convenience and make the payment. Click here to track your application. What I should do after making the fee payment? After making the fee payment, you should be sending the snapshot of your payment to email@example.com email. After verifying your payment details, you will be given an acknowledgement email and further joining process will be instructed to you in the same email. This process will take 24 to 48 hours. If you have not submitted the payment proof through email, the process may be delayed further. If you didn't get any acknowledgement email even after 48 working hours (provided you have sent the payment proof through email), you can contact your counsellor in order to find the reason for delay and to get the update done as early as possible. What are the channels available to make the fee payment? Students from India can make payment using NEFT, IMPS, Google Pay, PAYTM, PhonePE, Credit card, debit card, net banking, direct bank deposit etc. We do not accept cash, cheques or demand drafts. Students from countries other than India can make the payment using their international credit or debit cards. Amex, visa and master cards are accepted. Non-residential Indians can make payment through international credit or debit cards. They can also make payment using the range of above mentioned channels through their parents/guardian/friends who residing in India. Is there any possibility for fee reduction? Yes. There are four ways to reduce your fees. If you join in batch with two or more members, you will be receiving a fee reduction. If you reduce your course features, you can reduce your fee. If you are from any of the following Indian state and union territory including Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Tripura, Manipur, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh you will be having the chances of receiving a scholarship. If you are from any of the following country including Niger, Chad, Central Africa Republic, South Sudan, Burundi, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso, Mali, Liberia, Mozambique, Bhutan, you will be having the chances of receiving a scholarship. You have to submit soft copy of your national identity and address proof in order to enroll in the programme. What is the eligibility criteria to join the online course? You should be pursuing any major degree in any approved institution. Graduates who have completed the degree are also eligible for the programme. School students are not eligible for any of our online courses currently. You must have the background in the subject related the course discipline which you choose. Our admission team will be verifying your eligibility before providing you the seat for the programme. You will be explained about the same during your verification call. Do I have to attend any examination after the course period? Yes. You have to attend an online examination after completion of the course period. The examination will be of choice based type. It will carry 50% of your course marks. I am not a resident of India. Can I attend the course? Yes you can join and learn our online courses. However, we follow certain guidelines for our foreign students in terms of fee payment and certification. You can discuss about the same with our counsellor(s) during the verification call. What is the mode of learning? All our online courses are conducted fully in cloud based education system. You can access our portal using mobile, tablet, laptop and desktops. You can access the portal 24X7 during your course period. How I can get certificate after examination? If you have opted for hard copy certificate, your certificate will be dispatched to your communication address through India post. If you have opted for E-certificate, your certificate will be sent to your registered email. Will I have to pay any examination fee? For your first appearance in examination of a specific course, you need not to pay anything as examination fee. However, in order to improve the score, if you are appearing for the second time, you need to pay an examination fee of INR 299. Will I have to pay any certification fee? No. You need not to pay anything additional for the certification. What if I cannot able to attend the course online after joining? The course will be running in its own phase. You can access the course forum throughout your course period and can clarify your doubts with our mentors. Your course materials will be archived after the completion of your course period and you can continue to access the same. However, tutor support will not be rendered after your course period. What are the technical requirements to learn the course? You need a PC or laptop with good internet connection and latest browsers installed (Google chrome or Firefox). You can also access from mobile. However, PC or laptop is advised for best learning experience. Can I get refund of my fee payment if I want to drop the course in between due to my personal reasons? No. You will not be given refund if you drop your course for personal reasons. Will I be allowed to pay the fees after joining the course? No, you have to pay the fees in order to join the course. Is the course fee paid is refundable? No, the course fee is non-refundable.
