BioLim’s new road map from unemployment to employment

In India unemployment is the biggest challenge after Covid -19, many companies have recessed their employees in the recent pandemic times. The youth (15-24 yrs) unemployment rate is 34% in India 2022. The main reason for unemployment in youth is their lack of skills set. Many young minds are finding it a challenge to start their career after their graduation. Through BioLim internships and foundation programmes, students can improve their skill sets and their knowledge base, to take the first step toward their careers. Young minds will gain the “Applied Knowledge Experience” along with theoretical knowledge that gives clarity on how to implement their learning in real-time. BioLim internships are designed in job-specific roles for our students. Young minds can visualise the roles and responsibilities of the specific job internships they have opted for. BioLim also offers certified apprenticeship opportunities for their women interns on merit basis with monthly stipends. The apprenticeship experience they undertake will be helpful in building their career opportunities. The initiative could potentially increase job exposure and necessary experience to get further jobs based on the experience and could reduce the unemployment rate.

Students from underdeveloped states of India are also eligible for a scholarship along with an apprenticeship opportunity. “Educate yourself, Earn and Empower” is key for the young minds who wish to start their journey with BioLim support in order to bring change in the future of unemployment.
