Internship on pharmaceutical biotechnologist role

About programme

"Pre-industrial internship" refers to the uniquely developed skill development programme of BioLim to bridge the industrial and academic world.

'Pre-industrial role based internship' refers to the specially designed pre-industrial programme for UG, PG learners, PhD scholars and industry professionals to explore a specific job role in a particular sector.

Pharmaceutical biotechnology is a novel discipline added to pharmacology in recent decades following the evolutionary growth of biotechnology. It encompasses a wide range of applications, from the discovery and development of new drugs, vaccines, and other medical products to biotechnological methods. In simple words, we have to say that it has been revolutionising the pharmaceutical industry and has given a novel stream of biopharmaceuticals. It offers new and innovative treatments for a wide range of diseases. Pharmaceutical biotechnologists in the pharma industry are involved in several important roles in drug discovery, development, preclinical and clinical research activities, regulatory practices and so on. There is a global demand existing and keeps on increasing for pharmaceutical biotechnologists.

Our pre-industrial internship programme is basically aimed at helping academic learners to get in touch with the industrial point of application of their subject. We understand the need for every learner to experience different jobs related to his/her field through internships before they decide on a proper goal for their career. Attending offline industry-related programmes in all different jobs related to a subject among the busy academic schedule is not an easy task, and hence we have designed this productive pre-industrial online internship programme for our learning community.

We are providing scope for the learners, those who are pursuing graduation and also for those who have completed the graduation to undergo this pre-industrial internship programme in order to understand well about the pharmaceutical biotechnologist role.
