This 21-day remote internship experience was incredibly enriching and allowed me to gain valuable knowledge and skills in the field of pharmaceutical biotechnology. Through this internship, I developed a deeper understanding of key concepts related to the biopharma industry, the drug development process, industry practices and emerging technologies. During this internship, the detailed booklets and resources to learn about various aspects of pharmaceutical biotechnology, including gene therapy, protein drug production, and bioprocessing techniques allowed me to develop strong knowledge of the field. The daily tasks reinforced my understanding of theoretical knowledge. The implementor section was a refreshing opportunity to explore more about innovations in the sector.
