I am truly grateful for the opportunity to have completed the Microbiology Laboratory Associate Internship Program. This experience has provided me with in-depth exposure to both the theoretical and practical aspects of microbiology. Through this, I gained experience in essential laboratory techniques such as microbial culturing, staining procedures, molecular testing methods, antimicrobial susceptibility testing, and environmental microbiology techniques. The training not only enhanced my technical skills but also deepened my understanding of critical laboratory management practices, including reagent preparation, sample handling, safety protocols, and documentation processes. One of the key highlights of this internship was the focus on the importance of MSDS and safe laboratory practices, which instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility toward chemical handling and biosafety. I sincerely thank the entire team for providing such a comprehensive and enriching learning experience.
