This course has significantly contributed to my understanding of medical coding practices, healthcare documentation, and the application of coding systems such as ICD-11-CM. The program was well structured, rich in information, and delivered in an organized and effective manner. The content was presented in a logical and progressive format, beginning with the human anatomy and physiology, that is, from the basics. My doubts were addressed promptly and clearly. The tasks and exercises assigned were especially helpful in reinforcing the topics. Overall, the program effectively covered the necessary theoretical knowledge, practical applications, and challenges of medical coding.
